I have heard about this new method of hair cutting where you can actually get curls cut into your hair. This would be great for someone like me who would love a little wave or curl but my hair will not hold a perm or a curl from a curling iron. Just wondering if anyone has tried this.
Anyone heard of cutting curls into straight hair?
Cutting does not change the properties of your hair. The form of your hair follicles determines whether you have curly or straight hair.
If your hair follicles are round, then straight hair grows out of them, if they are oval, then your hair grows more curly and if they are very flat oval, then you will have strong curly hair.
You have to chemical reform your hair to change the properties of your hair to get it to be curly on a permanent basis (like perming)

Uh... I don't think that's possible.
