Can you repair damaged and brittle hair by cutting it all off?

Usually I have to have my split ends cut every month or so. Once I have these cut, my hair starts growing quickly and it is not frizzy anymore. U may also need some good conditioner. Good luck!

well no since once you cut it off its not yours anymore but it will grow in healthy unless you damage it again. try a trim and a good shampoo and conditioner even a masque or deep conditioner

its always a good idea to get a trim. i just got 2 inches cut off, even though i am growing it out. now i have no more split ends, and my hair is growing so much faster, and its a lot thicker too!

Yes

Look into getting a deep moisturizer for your hair. The best hair care I have found is made by a company called Elon. They make alot of Dermatology recommended products. I use their whole line of hair care to keep my hair soft and silky. Their pre-wash basically fixes damage in 1-2 uses and their masque deep conditions. The shampoo and conditioner are sulfate free so they keep your hair soft. I use the shampoo and conditioner everyday and they other 2 once a week or so.

Make sure you trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to eliminate split ends that can occur from constant over treatment on your hair.

Hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!
