I'm thinking of cutting my hair, how should i cut it?

I don't want it to short, but does anyone have any ideas?? links are appreciated...heres what my hair looks like now

hmm... get it a bit above your shoulders, and get it layered. But if you do, then straighten it every day and use hairspray to prevent it from going frizzy. And get side bangs!
