but my mom said no..I really want it and it will gro out you know so why not? And I dont want it colored like that but just the cut..so please give me tips and help!!??

but yah.. tell your mom that she can't stand in the way of letting you discover who you are and who you want to be and if that means going through phases of hardcore music and scene hair, then so be it. if your mom loves you, she should love you no matter what.. no matter how your hair looks.. oh and yah, just keep telling her it's hair.. it grows.. it's not permanent.

well, if you are willing to cut it yourself behond your moms back, why not save up and get it done professionally at a salon. Even great clips or something, just please, dont do it yourself, you will end up lookin' like courtney love!!
