I want to cut hair when i get out of highschool but i don't know how to go about that. Are there specific schools for it? If, so what are they and where are they located?

you have to complete a certain number of hours through a beauty school...take an exam and become licensed ( at least in new york state)
you could also work in a salon to learn more.
try asking your local hair salon questions.
