Hi i have been told that you can just a do a hair cutting course %26amp; not go all through the 5 yrs college ect (did do this yrs ago but had to leave 1yr %26amp; half way thru) i'm not intersted in colouring ect just cutting!! can any one help?? thanx!

Ashton and Finchers the hair wholesalers have creative cutting courses on their website which is some thing like a 2 day to a 10 day course i think last time i looked.

they make academies to cut hair specifically.
depending on what state you live in the requirements change.
it usually is about 1500 hours of education to get your license.
there you will learn basics for everything cutting, manicuring, highlighting, all necessary to get your cosmetology license!
once you get your license, some salons like toni and guy have two chains one for cutting one for color, and from then on youd be able to just specifically cut.
