There are different types of hair cutting scissors and each for different purposes, i wanna know which is the type that has zig zag blades and if they create spikey hair ends.

as a salon owner I believe you are talking about thinning scissors, not used for spikey ends though, if I was going to cut spikey I would use normal scissors or a flattoper comb and clippers

ok there is thinning shears which has what looks like a comb on one blade and then there is a straight razor which would be what gives spikey ends
