I want to know how i should remove the hair down there. Should I shave it or just cut it? I dont want it to grow back thicker/darker/faster!(like in that one episode of seinfeld)

that's a myth.
it's just cause it's a blunt end where it's been cut off, so it has to wear down over a week or so to look like it use to.
so if you want less hair for longer, just shave it all.
