I have a 4 Month old and i find that i am loosing ALOT of hair. My Question is Will Cutting it Short

Right now my hair is past my shoulders, its also seems alot drier then normal, everyone is telling me to Chop it off... but I really dont want to unless it will help. ... Its hard to belive that loosing this much hair wont make me go bald.... I know that it stops at aroung 6-9 months generally i just wanna know WILL CUTTING IT SHORT HELP?????

I cut mine short because my long hair would almost come out in clumps when I brushed it. By cutting it shorter it helped it from getting pulled out my hairbrush although some still fall out but not as much.

About the same time I cut it chin length I started taking prenatel vitamins. I took them for about 6 weeks. Worked for me and in 7 months my hair was to my shoulders and a few months after that well past it so I had my long hair back.

Cutting it short has nothing to do with your scalp.Keep taking your prenatal vitamins because that will help with stopping the hair loss and use a deep conditioner to help with the dryness.I would recommend Bonemarrow found at Sallys

dont. Keep taking the prenatal pills. it makes your hair and nails grow really fast.

your hairs falling out coz of having a baby...doesnt matter what length it is, it will still happen. You wont go bald coz for every strand of hair you lose, a new one grows in its place. It will stop falling out as much soon. Dont cut your hair.

Don't cut your hair!!! The same thing happened to me. I called my doctor because it was so bad!! Keep taking your prenatal vitamins it really does help!
