Depends on the hair. This is how i do it, someone else may do it differently. I use my clippers,and depending on the length they want depends on your blades. I have a client who has afro hair and on him i do a 0 into a 1/2 into a 1, but you can do 0 into 1 into a 2 etc, just make sure you comb the hair it into the opposite way you clipper, that way you will get a clean line (no lines).
