yeah with a round face you don't really want severe bangs, it makes it look more round. I'd do a side bang if you're looking for a change.

I don't think you should. don't get me wrong, I like her and I think shes cute but her hair.... not so much. Plus, I think her hair will make your face look rounder. She can pull it off because her face is kinda oval.
